Our Story
The Boulevard began in the 1980s with a passion for great food and community. Founded by husband-and-wife duo Paul and Celia, our story is one of dedication to serving fresh, wholesome meals to the growing Wittering community and its seasonal visitors.
Starting with a simple menu of pies and battered fish, Paul and Celia quickly realised the need to diversify. They introduced a style of "quick casual" dining that prioritised high-quality food, warm hospitality, and efficient service—ensuring no customer had to wait longer than necessary.
In 2008, we expanded to Selsey, taking over the beloved Riviera restaurant. We gave it new life as our sister site, introducing a traditional carvery alongside our signature dishes. Today, both locations continue to offer delicious, honest food in a welcoming atmosphere.
